Our starter tier is 20 sets mixed across styles — perfect for testing what sells in your shop. If you already know your winners, bulk starts at 200 sets. Private label (custom design + packaging) starts at 1,000 pcs per style.
Either 8% of FOB order value, or $0.50 per set, whichever is lower for you. Minimum $10. You see the factory price, QC cost, freight, and our fee as separate line items — no hidden margin.
Express (DHL/FedEx) 7–10 days door-to-door. Sea freight 25–35 days. Sea is only worth it from around 300 sets — below that, express is comparable on cost per set.
Yes. We open every box. We check for paint chips, lopsided bows, cracked tips, size mismatches, and glue tab defects. Rejected items are replaced before your order ships. You get pre-shipment photos.
Yes. Private label includes custom design, custom mold, custom boxes, and logo cards. Lead time 25–35 days. MOQ 1,000 pcs per style — anything lower and the factory setup cost doesn't make sense.
Send photos within 7 days of delivery. We replace or credit damaged sets on your next order. QC catches most issues before shipping, but transit damage happens — we make it right.
Yes. We consolidate. Order 5 styles from Guangzhou, 3 from Yiwu, 2 from Lianyungang — we combine them into one US-bound box. You pay one freight bill.
Bank transfer (T/T), PayPal, and Wise. First orders are 50% deposit, 50% before shipping. Repeat customers can apply for net terms.
Yes. We can prep, label with FNSKU, and ship directly to an Amazon fulfillment center. We charge a small prep fee per box.
We can replicate generic styles (coquette bows, Y2K chrome, French tips). We cannot copy copyrighted character art, branded logos, or another artist's specific hand-painted design — that opens you to IP claims.
